The Class 12 results have been released by the Tamil Nadu State Board. Ninety-four percent of students passed the test overall. Guys have a pass rate of 92.37%, and girls have a pass percentage of 96.44%.
7,19,196 out of 7,60,606 students passed the test with success. 2,478 higher secondary schools achieved a perfect 100% pass rate out of 7,532 total schools.
Chemistry came in second with a 99.14 percent pass rate, and Computer Science had the highest pass percentage at 99.8%.
In Mathematics, 2,587 students secured full marks, while in Physics, 633 students and in Chemistry, 471 students secured a perfect 100 per cent this year.
Approximately 94.56% of students have successfully passed the TN HSE +2 exams. Nearly eight lakh candidates who appeared for the TN Class 12 board exams in 2024 can access their TNDGE Class 12 results by providing their roll number and date of birth.
The TN HSC plus 2 exams were held from March 1 to March 22, giving students enough time to prepare. This was possible because there was a three to five day break before the core subjects.
About 8.51 lakh students from Tamil Nadu and Puducherry took part in the TNDGE HSE exams last year in the science, arts, and commerce streams.
The Class 12 TN HSE exam pass rate for the previous year was 94.03%, compared to 93.80% in 2022. On May 10, the results of the TN SSLC Class 10 are expected to be released. Exams for the TN SSLC were held from March 26 to April 8, and practical exams were held from February 26 to 28.
