Bhopal: Seen dogs tied to a pole. Even cats. But a snake? Yes. Sounds strange, but true.

A farmer in a village in Chhattisgarh tied a King Cobra to a pole to punish it! The reason for the punishment was that the snake bit the farmer.

The bizarre incident took place in the Lahangbahara under Kathgara police station in Chhattisgarh’s Korba district on Sunday.

The farmer Lahari Lal, when tilling his land got bit by the King Cobra. A furious Lal chased the slithering snake. He successfully caught it. He then took it to his house’ backyard and tied it to a pole.
