Mumbai: The Nationalist Congress Party organized protest rally with reference to the decision made by MHADA authorities over Pratiksha Nagar residents at Sion on Monday December 2.

The NCP agitated as the MHADHA officials shifted the Pratiksha Nagar residents at the re-development quarters, assuring that it would be for a temporary. But the MHADA has now started claiming that the residents have been living in the quarters illegally.

The residents that were staying in the quarters were moved from shutters around eight to nine years ago and placed at Pratiksha Nagar with a hope of allotment.
