Ramanagara:  The National Tri-Colour has been offended by hoisting a torn flag  at a building at Ramanagara. What is surprising is that  none have bothered about this soiled and torn national flag which is flying atop an under construction building across the Bangalore-Mysore Highway in front of the DC office and Zilla Panchayat Bhavan here.

The building belongs to entrepreneur Vishwanath and it is not yet clear why the flag was hoisted here. Allegations are being heard that the owner of the building has made no effort to remove the flag even after it was brought to his  notice by the public.

It is now left to be seen if the authorities would take serious cognizance of this case wherein the national flag has been offended.
