Mumbai: Fourteen members of a family were found massacred in a house in Thane near Mumbai, early this morning. The incident took place in the city’s Kasarvadavli area when the assailant Asnain Anwar Warekar, slit the victims’ throats one after the another before hanging himself.

Among the 14 killed, seven are children and seven adults. In total, fifteen members of the family died in one day, including 22-year-old  Warekar who was found with a knife in his hand.
