Chennai: Indian space agency Chairman K. Sivan was in for a pleasant surprise in an Indigo flight recently when he was greeted by air hostesses.

A video shot by a passenger showed that Indian Space Research Organisation’s (ISRO) chief K. Sivan was warmly greeted onboard by the air hostesses in the plane and took selfies with him.

The video has now gone viral on social media.

While Sivan was on his way to his seat, other passengers clapped and he was seen waving his hand back with a beaming smile on his face.

His simplicity won many hearts among the netizens.
