New Delhi: Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials raided properties belonging to several key associates of arrested Congress leader D K Shivakumar in New Delhi. The raids were carried out on Tuesday, September 10 morning.

According to sources, DKShi revealed a few details concerning his offshore investments, especially in tax havens, during his interrogation. The raids are said to have been carried out based on this information.

Meanwhile, sources close to DKShi revealed that the ED is planning to retain custody of him for a few more days. “DKShi has hinted to his associates that his stay in jail is expected to continue for a few more days and that it will be a prolonged legal battle,” said one Congress leader.
