New Delhi: A shocking video clip, which has been released by TV channels, disclosed a horrible face of Delhi Police.

A police constable was seen assaulting a woman. The police constable threw bricks at the woman who reportedly refused to pay bribe to the accused cop. The police constable has been identified as Head Constable Satish Chand.

The victim, who was seen throwing bricks at the constable’s bike, was quoted as saying, “My kids were with me, I didn’t give him (traffic police cop) money, that is why he thrashed me.” She also claimed, “He attacked me with a stone, I am hurt on my hand and back.”
