Mangaluru: On the occasion of annual pratishtha utsav (installation ceremony) of Sri Mahalasa Narayani Temple, pontiff of Shree Kashi Mutt Samsthan Sri Samyamindra Theertha Swamiji offered pooja to Goddess Mahalasa Narayani and swarna rathotsav (golden chariot) was pulled, here on Tuesday, December 18.

Samyamindra Theertha was received in a ritualistic manner by the temple administration of Mahalasa Narayani and Sri Venkataramana Temple, Konchady administration.

Goddess Mahalasa Narayani idol was installed in the golden chariot by the seer and offered maha mangalaarti to the goddess.

Kasturi Sadashiva Pai, G Ratnakar Kamath, Achyut Pai, Urvi Radhakrishna Shenoy, U V Kini and other members of the temple administration and thousands of devotees were present.
