Mangaluru: Rev Fr. Walter D’Mello who has served as the Judicial Vicar of Mangalore Diocese and Resident Priest at St. Theresa Church, Paldane is now appointed as the Parish Priest of the Infant Jesus Church, Modankap, Bantwal by the Bishop of Mangalore Diocese. He took the charge on September 26. He will also be the Dean for the Bantwal Deanery parishes.

He took the charge with rituals and prayer, in the presence of the Representative of the Diocese Rev Fr. Henry Sequeira and Vicar General of Mangalore Diocese Msgr Maxim Noronha.

Parish Priest of St. Theresa Church Paldane, Rev. Fr. Vincent Victor Menezes, Episcopal Deanery Dean Rev. Fr. J B Crasta, Assistant Priest of Infant Jesus Church, Modankap Rev Fr. Ashwin Crasta and others were present during the occasion.
