To achieve this, in the workshop people will be trained to do five asanas and pranayama practices. With the Covid spreading viciously, these practices will help people improve their pulmonary function and immunological response. The focus will be given to Jalanti Kriya, a purification technique focusing on nasal cavities. After short-term practical training, interested people further will be able to do it individually,” he informed.
Explaining the relevance of Yoga he said, “As per our breathing flow, our mind will become stable. There is no alternative to improve our lungs. Yogic practice is one of the best sources to improve our lungs. Those who do regular practice can improve lung capacity. Once they improve their lungs, naturally they can improve their immune systems also”, he added.
