Mangaluru: The Department of Paediatric Nursing, of the Yenepoya Nursing College, celebrated the Children’s Day at De Mercede Orphanage Centre, located at Panir, Deralakatte on Saturday, November 17.

The programme was organized by the third year B.Sc nursing students of Yenepoya Nursing College.

Around 121 children participated in the programme.

Meantime, children were educated on oral health.

To entertain the children, dance performances and various games were conducted.

At the end of the programme along with prize distribution, children were given away items necessary for daily use.

Eatables were also distributed, simultaneously.
