In line with its commitment to creating a positive social impact, the Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) has partnered with Konaje, Manjanady Gram Panchayath, and Kotekar Pattana Panchayath to enhance the aesthetics of the Natekal circle at the junction. The collaboration for the ‘Yenepoya Circle’ aims to improve traffic flow and facilitate a smoother commute in the heavily trafficked area of Natekal.
On January 26, 2024, Shri Dinesh Gundu Rao, Minister for Health and Family Welfare, District Incharge Minister, Dakshina Kannada, Govt of Karnataka, will officially inaugurate the ‘Yenepoya Circle’ at Natekal Junction. Shri U. T. Khader, Speaker of the Karnataka Legislative Assembly, Govt of Karnataka, will be present during the inauguration. Dr Yenepoya Abdulla Kunhi, Chancellor of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), will preside. The inauguration will be attended by officials of Yenepoya (Deemed to be University), President, Members and Officials of Konaje, Manjanady Gram Panchayath, and Kotekar Pattana Panchayath, and local residents.
