Hisrar Talliani, popularly known as VJ Hisrar, of of Hisrar’s Events and Celebrations, one of the District’s most eminent event organizers has, in a bid to develop their self motivation,  presented a series of talks entitled ‘Beyond Compare’ at 15 colleges in Mangaluru which include Canara college, St. Aloysius  SDM, St.  Agnes, Roshni Nilaya, Srinivas, Mahesh, Sridevi, Beasant, Vikas,  Rosario colleges. The idea was to present an eye opener of sorts to the students of today to realize their potential.

‘Beyond Compare’ was presented by Hisrar Tallani, popular anchor, emcee, mentor, motivator, a certified  topper of Trinity College Of London’s Communication skills course, and founder of Mangaluru’s most sought after Event Management company. He says he decided to do this,  to share his experience with youth, so as to goad them into achieving what he has. He said, “If you work whole heartedly  work towards achieving what you want to, the Universe would help you step towards your goal”. He gives the example of his own life, where even the worst of hurdles did not stop him from achieving his goals. In fact the muddy waters taught him valuable lessons for life – shrug of the negatives and assimilate the positives.

His team of 40 young minds work with him, brainstorming ideas, putting them together, giving the client an explicit proposal for their events and ventures.  This he says is what makes the team of Hisrar Events and Celebrations, one of its kind.

During his talks, Hisrar, focused on the belief system, the power of spoken words, emotionally induced illness, miracles in life, criticism, clarity of positive thoughts, the law of the universe, overcoming fears and many such uncovered yet much needed enlightening topics for the youngsters.
