Mangaluru: An Alumni meeting of the P.A. College of Engineering was held in Mangaluru on April 1 at Jamiathul Falah Auditorium from 7 pm to 9:30 pm.

More than 60 Alumni from various batches of engineering attended the meeting. Prof. Chandana welcomed the gathering. The programme was compered by Prof. Fayaz. Principal of PACE. Dr. Abdul Sharief explained the significance of alumni reunion for the growth of the institution and the individuals.

Few alumni shared their experience as well as interesting moments in the campus. They also shared their experience as professionals and entrepreneurs. Dr. Ramiz M K (Vice Principal), Dr. A J Antony (Dean- Student affairs), Prof. Surfaraz Hasim J (Director – Academics), Dr. Beeran Moideen (Director–MBA) and heads of various departments updated the alumni regarding the current activities in the college.

New office bearers for the alumni association were elected. Mohammed Hanif was elected as the President and Prof. Ganesh Pai and Reshma were elected as Vice Presidents. Razak was elected as the Secretary and Prof. Fayaz and Ruhiya were elected as Joint Secretaries. Prof. Habeeb Ur Rehman was elected as Treasurer and Prof Chandana B, Sahana Babinth, Marzook, Rouf and Shamsheer were elected as the members of the Alumni Association.

As a part of entertainment programme, games and quiz were organised. The meeting concluded with a photo session followed by dinner.
