New Delhi: On Sunday, December 24, Bollywood actor and director Arbaaz Khan tied the knot with Bollywood makeup artist Shura Khan in an intimate nikkah ceremony held at the residence of Arbaaz’s sister, Arpita Khan Sharma, in Mumbai. The newlyweds were seen joyfully dancing to lively beats with their close ones, and the celebratory moments found their way to social media.
Days after the wedding, Arbaaz’s father, veteran screenwriter Salim Khan, shared his thoughts on the union, expressing his happiness for the couple. Salim Khan stated, “They decided to get married. Mere hisaab se, ye koi gunaah nahi hai [according to me, it is not a crime]. I am happy for him and I have given my blessings to the bride and the groom.”
He further emphasized that, in his view, there was no need for extensive discussion or permission, highlighting Arbaaz’s maturity and independence in making personal decisions. Salim Khan remarked, “If he is happy, then nothing else matters. It’s better not to interfere in anyone’s life as it causes problems.”
The nikkah ceremony was attended by Arbaaz’s entire family, including brothers Salman Khan and Sohail Khan, his son Arhaan Khan, parents Salim and Salma Khan, as well as nephews Nirvaan and Yohan Khan.
Arbaaz Khan and Shura Khan shared the joyous news on Instagram with dreamy pictures from their wedding album. In a joint caption, they expressed gratitude for the presence of their loved ones and announced the beginning of a lifetime of love and togetherness.

Farah Khan conveyed her congratulations and best wishes, while Raveena Tandon’s daughter and Arbaaz’s niece, Alizeh Agnihotri, joined in the celebration with red heart emojis.
