New Delhi: Sunil Bharti Mittal, the founder and chairman of Bharti Enterprises, has achieved a historic milestone by becoming the first Indian citizen to receive an Honorary Knighthood. Bestowed with the title of Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (KBE) by King Charles III, Mittal’s recognition underscores his significant contributions to fostering strong business ties between India and the United Kingdom.
