Bhubaneswar: Seems like in everyschool eating a mid -day meal is a big worry now.  Four days after 23 children died after eating a free mid-day meal at their school in Bihars Chhapra district, three more kids were admitted to Dhenkanal district headquarters hospital after consuming midday meal on Friday.
 
In a shocking revelation, school authorities said that they found a scorpion in the rice. It was learnt all 39 childre, who were served the noon meal, were rushed to the hospital for medical check-up.
 
According to reports, Lalit Pradhan (5), a student of Ciari Maliasahi Primary School near Dhenkanal town, started vomiting after he consumed noon meal. Two others, Situ Behera (4) and Saroj Behera (4), also complained of uneasiness and nausea.
