Moscow: A video of a woman dressed in a Burkha with a child’s severed head has gone viral.

Gyulchehra Bobokulova, 39, from Uzbekistan was seen outside a metro station shouting “Allahu Akbar” and “I am a terrorist”. As she walked past the Oktyabrskoye Pole station, cops took her into custody.

As per the parents and Russian police, the accused is said to be the nanny of the beheaded girl child and was working for them since a year and a half.

Pavel Astakhov, Russia’s children rights commissioner tweeted, “Monstrous and inexplicable.” He urged people to have a complete background check of nannies before hiring them for their children.

The body of another child aged three or four had been found earlier in northwest Moscow in a fire incident reported the Investigative Committee.
