Commuting to work in a bus can be a drearily dull experience for most. But, this bus conductor from Thachottukavu, Kerala has gone an extra mile to turn this around.

Shiju, a 39-year-old bus conductor who works with the Kerala Urban Road Transport Corporation, has won the hearts of the 50 odd  passengers with his heart-warming smile and amiable nature.

In the bus which picks up passengers from Neyyatinkara to Technopark, Shiju gives the live updates on the WhatsApp group about progress of the bus, at the same time he moves swiftly between distributing tickets, controlling the A/C and playing some good music, ensuring that the people thoroughly enjoy the experience.
