Exam pressure always takes a toll on young minds and such under pressure students these days are lining up in large numbers at Manokamna Siddh Hanuman temple in Vidisha.
The temple Shri Dadaji Manokamna Siddh Hanuman temple is situated around 55km from state capital Bhopal on Rangai ghat, on Vidisha outskirts. The young examinees seek blessings regularly in the temple but the rush increases to many folds on Tuesday and Saturdays –two days of the week considered auspicious by the lord Hanuman devotees.
They fold hands, lay down before the deity and often write down their wish for clearing the exam with pens on the back walls of the temple.
Locals claim that the temple is known to be fulfilling wishes of devotees. The name of the temple also translates to Hindi as the shrine capable of fulfilling wishes of those who visit there.
The temple head priests Vishwambhar das Ramanyani maharaj too affirmed the common belief saying that it is a blessed temple which fulfills wishes and prayers of the visitors.
