Numerous students aspire to pursue their education abroad, aiming for admission to their ideal university. Many invest considerable time and effort in extensive research, essay writing, and submitting applications to various institutions. Reflecting on their own experience, one person commented, “I was rejected by Stanford back in 2013 for the class of 2017. I opted out of my backup plan, joined a rapidly expanding tech firm, and by 2016, I found myself at Stanford conducting interviews for the incoming class of 2017—the same cohort that edged me out for admission.”
Encouragement poured in from others as well, with one individual stating, “I don’t know you personally, but I just checked out your project, Universal Notes, and it seems like it has the potential to make a significant impact on the world. Keep up the great work, don’t let this setback define you, brother.”
In a similar vein, another user shared, “This sounds like the beginning of an inspiring journey. Best of luck, Amal.”
Others emphasized the importance of resilience and determination, with one user asserting, “Your success in life isn’t tethered to Stanford or any other institution. With your drive, as evident here, you’ll excel in any environment. Stay focused and undeterred!”
