Sydney: Destroyed after his bouncer hit Phil Hughes to end the left-hander’s life, Sean Abbott has bounced back recording the figures of 14/6 at Sydney Cricket Ground on Friday.
Playing for New South Wales in a Sheffield Shield game, the tall fast bowler ran through Queensland batting line up to lead his team to a big victory in a four-day match.

Abbott is having a tough time after a bouncer from him ended a promising career of Phil Hughes. However, the entire cricket community has been supporting him asking him to stay strong.
Even Hughes’ family has been of a great help and made it clear that it was not Abbott’s mistake which led to sad demise of Hughes.
Michael Clarke, who has impressed one and all with the way he has carried himself following Hughes’ tragedy, is right behind Sean Abbott as well.
As the news of Abbott’s 14/6-haul flashed during the first Test between India and Australia at Adelaide flashed, his NSW teammate, David Warner, applauded the pacer’s effort.
