Dubai: Former Indian captain Rahul Dravid is optimistic of a better show by the Indian team in the ICC Champions Trophy scheduled to begin in England from June 6. The championship will be held till June 23.
 
Dravid, who is currently in Dubai to play in the Emirates Airline Twenty20 tournament  strongly batted  in favour of his home team and described it as a strong ODI team and hoped it will continue to remain a strong team. He said the pitch conditions in England may benefit some Indian bowlers.
Dravid also expressed his satisfaction over the performance of some new players in the Indian squad.
