Boy from Mangalore featured in Oscar !

Bantal Taluk Kolnadu resident Avinash Bhandary  having performed as a Compositor in the film “Life of Pai”,  the  effort put in by  him and his team came to be lauded and the film bagged Oscar Award.  Avinash featuring in this film, the film winning an all time great award such as  Oscar for the film  itself is a rare honour to the young man’s feat of achievement befitting his caliber. 

 

The film having  been produced by Rhythm &  Hues Institution in Mumbai, Avinash has been working  in the project of the company as a Compositor for the past 3 years. His achievement through his work elsewhere brings great reputation for Mangalore proving the point that our lad could do it !

Avubash Bhandary,  is the Grand son of Late Kulalu Annappa Bhandari, Freedom Fighter, and son of Kulalu Ramdas Bhandary and Chakrakodi Vani Bhandari couple. He had his earlier education in Mangalore Ramakrishna High School, did his degree from Mangalore St. Aloysius College and then did his Engineering from NITTE Engineering College. 

He obtained 2 years PG Diploma Education in Visual Effects Animation  from  Chennai I Cat.  He joined Rhythm and Hues Company in Mumbai as a Compositor  since 4 years during which he has achieved this rare feat of  achievement which brings laurel to Mangalore since the young man hails from Mangalore and every one knows that it is no mean achievement.
