Manju Mandavya made his directorial debut with ‘Masterpiece’. The film was a big hit. Even though Manju was criticized for the weak climax, he was praised for his dialogues and entertaining screenplay.

Manju is a huge fan of Upendra and always wanted a chance to direct him. He is very happy that he will be directing Upendra’s landmark film. Manju also revealed that he has a script which will suit Upendra’s mannerism and will be liked by his fans.
