Ragini Dwivedi’s “The Terrorist” has got a release date and it looks like it is going to clash with Prem’s “The Villain”. Both the films will be releasing on the same day, with “The Villain” being released in a record number of theatres across India.

Advance bookings for the Shivrajkumar and Sudeep-starrer, “The Villain” will open on October 11.

“The Terrorist”, a PC Shekar directorial, has got the U/A certificate. Although the film’s release date clashes with a high profile film like “The Villain”, PC Shekar has decided to go ahead with the release on this date, as it falls during the Dasara festival period and he is confident about the movie’s strong content.

The film is inspired by real events of terrorism and its after-effects on families. It will be distributed by Jayanna Combines and has music by S Pradeep Varma and cinematography by Murali Krish.
