In what can be called as a shocking development, Duniya Suri is not able to find producers for his much expected prequel of ‘Kendasampige’, ‘Kaage Bangara’. This information has been revealed by Suri himself.

‘Kendasampige’ was an experimental film, which released last year to extraordinary response. The film was a commercial success as well. However, Suri says that he is not able to find a producer for the prequel, which was supposed to have gone on floors by this time.

The budget of the film is expected to be around Rs 2 crores. Suri is a top director in Sandalwood, who has great success rate. He is one of the few directors who has worked thrice with one of the top actors like Puneeth Rajkumar. So it’s really surprising that he is not finding a producer.

However, a source close to the film team says that this is a publicity stunt by the team. Suri currently has two big projects in form of ‘Dodmane Huduga’ and ‘Tagaru’. If he wishes he can ask any of the producers to produce the film. However, he is not doing so, as to get publicity for his experimental film.

We don’t know the facts. We can only hope that we see ‘Kaage Bangaara’ as soon as possible.
