The makers of Sriimurali’s next, with director Chethan Kumar have finally settled on a title for the film after having gone through 43 titles. The makers have zeroed in on “Bharaate” as the title. The actor himself took to social media to announce the same.

The film is a family drama. Sriimurali, who made a grand comeback with “Ugramm” four years ago, has been extremely choosy with his scripts. He has acted only in 3 films in last 4 years. All these films were mass entertainers with the underworld as the background. Not to get repetitive, he has decided to do a family entertainer, which is being directed by Chethan Kumar, who has given two huge hits in the form of “Bhaddur” and “Bharjari”.

The Sriimurali-starrer directed by Chethan Kumar will have financier and distributor, Supreeth on board as the producer. Supreeth has financed more than 12 films, and was the distributor of Chethan’s last film “Bharjari”. Meanwhile, one-film-old Sreeleela has been signed as the female lead for the film.
