Good news for all dubbing lovers. The trailer of Kannada version of “Spider-Man: Homecoming” has been released online. The big budget Hollywood film is produced by Marvel Studios and distributed by Sony Pictures. The film will release on July 7 in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Marathi and other languages apart from English.

Pro-Kannada activists have been protesting against the dubbing culture. They have also threatened to protest against the film’s release. The trailer has received mixed reactions by fans. There are some, who felt that the dubbing was done well. However there are some, who felt that lots of improvement is needed in dubbing the film to Kannada language.

The film is based on the Marvel Comics character Spider-Man. We will have to see, how many screens will the Kannada version get. The last big film to be dubbed in Kannada was Ajith starrer “Satyadev IPS”. The film was a disaster at the box office.
