Karnataka Chief Minister H D Kumaraswamy’s home production, “Seetharama Kalyana” will have its teaser launch in a grand manner. The teaser will be released in Ramanagara on July 31. The people of Ramanagara celebrate the Karaga and Chamundi festivals on this day. As H D Kumaraswamy recently won the Assembly elections from the Ramanagara constituency, he has decided to release the teaser of his son’s film there.

The rural-themed film, made under Channambika Films, is produced by Anita Kumaraswamy. Nikhil Kumar and Rachita Ram play the lead in the film, which also stars a host of actors including Sharath Kumar, Bollywood actor Madhoo, Ravi Shankar and Chikkanna among others. The film cinematography is by J Swamy. Choreographer Harsha is wielding the director’s hat for the film.

There were rumours that the film is a mashup of multiple Telugu films. However, Kumaraswamy has dismissed the news. He revealed that the film is an original and also that the film may be remade in Telugu.
