Bengaluru: KGF Director Prashanth Neel is getting praises for making a donation to construct an eye hospital in Neelakanthapuram of Sathyasai District in Andhra Pradesh, the birthplace of Prashanth Neel’s father. Neel has donated a sum of Rs 50 lakh.

Senior Politician Raghu Veera Reddy tweeted, “A proud&happy moment for me and to the villagers of Neelakantapuram as my nephew @prashanth_neel for his heart warming contribution of 50lakhs towards the construction of LV Prasad Eye Hospital in our Neelakantapuram on the 75th birth anniversary(15/08/1947)of his father Subhash.”

Prashanth Neel is working on multilingual film Salaar which is set to release in September 2023.
