Popular journalist Kavitha Lankesh is all to direct a film. Her last project was “Kariya Kanbitta” that was released in 2014. The film will be produced by former President Radhakrishnan’s grandson Subramanya Sharma G under Sudeeksha Movies banner.Kavitha is writing the story as well as screenplay for the film. She has roped in Niranjan Shetty for the film. The team is planning to shoot the film in North Karnataka.

This will be Kavitha’s eighth film as director. Her successful films in the past as director has been “Thananam Thananam” and “Preethi Prema Pranaya”.
