From the past few days, news is being spread in social media that Upendra is all set to don the director’s hat again. The title of the film is said to be “Nanavanalla”, which is a popular dialogue of Uppi’s “Buddhivanta”.
Upendra has not confirmed nor dismissed the news leading to more speculations. However, sources close to Upendra dismissed the news and said that Upendra is still working on a new subject and an official announcement will be made soon. They also confirmed that the title of Upendra’s next is not “Nanavanalla”.

It looks like spreading this news is the work of some hardcore Upendra fan. His fans are waiting for his directorial venture. After directing a philosophical venture “Uppi 2”, Upendra wants to work on a commercial subject for his next.
