Bengaluru: “Rocking Star” Yash and Radhika Pandit, the most happening couple in Sandalwood, have finally named their six-month-old daughter. In a naming ceremony held at a luxury hotel in the city, they named their daughter Ayra.

The event was only attended by the family and friends of the couple.

Till now, the couple’s child was known only as ‘YR’ by the couple’s fans. Ayra is an Arabic word that means ‘the beginning’, ‘principle’ and ‘the breath of life’.

Actress Radhika had made an announcement regarding the naming ceremony on her Facebook page on June 21. She also thanked her fans for suggesting names for the baby.

Presently, Radhika Pandit has taken a break from the Sandalwood industry to focus on her motherhood while Yash is busy shooting for “KGF 2”, the sequel to his immensely popular film “KGF”.
