Bengaluru: This trend may surprise many. Hundreds of fans of Challenging Star Darshan who wanted to watch his 49th movie Chakravarthy which is releasing on April 14 in multiplexes are disappointed. The reason is that advance booking for the movie has not started yet in any of the multiplexes.

According to the industry insiders, in recent days many movies which are experimental in nature were able to achieve success in box office because of the robust collection in the multiplexes. Multiplexes are the first choice of young professionals and students to watch Kannada movies. But contrary to this, till Sunday (April 9) on various online platforms including popular bookmyshow.com, Chakravarthy movie is not listed in the multiplexes. Those who wanted to book tickets online can select only single screen theaters.

First show at 7 am: According to the bookmyshow.com, first show of the movie Chakravarthy will start at 7 am at Shri Vaishnavi theater in Uttarahalli. In most of the theaters six shows are scheduled in first week assuming huge turn out of the fans.
