RJ-turned-actor Rohitt, who was writing the script of “Buckaasuura”, was confused regarding the climax. His team, including director Navaneeth, had zeroed in on a climax for the tale. In the course of writing, they thought that it could perhaps end differently, but were not sure how audiences would react to that line of thought.

They wanted a woman’s perspective on this, as the climax has something to do with justice being served to a woman. So, they sent both versions of the climax to about 250 women, and most of them chose the second one, which is what has been shot for the film.

With Rohitt in the lead, the film also stars V Ravichandran, Kavya Gowda and Makarand Deshpande in pivotal roles. The film is making news as dubbing rights of the film have already been sold for a good price.
