Bengaluru: The memorial for the late Kannada actor Vishnuvardhan, which is being built in Mysuru, will open before December, said Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai on Sunday November 27.

Speaking to mediapersons after attending the housewarming ceremony for Vishnuvardhan’s newly built house in Jayanagar, he said that Bharati Vishnuvardhan personally invited him to the function.

“The Vishnuvardhan memorial work will soon be completed, and a grand opening has been planned. More details will be decided after discussing them with the family. The event will be organised according to the stature of Dr. Vishnuvardhan, who was a brilliant actor,” said Bommai.
