Sandalwood actress Anu Poovamma recently got engaged to former cricketer and brother of actress Prema, NC Ayyappa. The couple have been in a relationship for many years now and they have finally decided to take their relationship to the next level. Both of their parents have happily agreed to their marriage.

Anu Poovamma-Ayyappa’s engagement was held in the Kodava Society in Bengaluru. The marriage will be held next year. Anu Poovamma has acted in films such as ‘Karva’, ‘Katha Vichitra ‘, ‘Life Super’ and ‘Panipuri’. She is currently playing a negative role in the Kannada soap opera ‘Muddu Lakshmi’.
