London : Technology is taking the world to newer heights. A latest reports states that Apple was developing a technology that will  help unlocking of an iPhone  using the owner’s fingerprint.

In the meantime, some other manufacturers are trying to bring in a technology  wherein the phone can be unlocked using iris scanning and voice recognition.
The speculation that Apple was going in for fingerprint recognition stems from the fact that Apple had purchased biometric security firm AuthenTec for 235 million pounds  last year.

Samsung has Face Unlock features in its phone since it released Galaxy 2. However, the main drawback has been that phone’s camera too used to get unlocked if it recognized the photograph of the owner. Samsung says the feature has been improved in the latest Galaxy S4.
