Mangalore, Feb 11: Maruti Suzuki recent launch Celerio is all set to change the market scene of hatchback cars. New Celerio has all such features that will indeed woo a hatchback lover’s pocket with its top end model as compared to sedan cars. Celerio is graced with automated manual transmission which adds cheery on the cake for a car.
The Celerio assures fuel efficiency, which is equivalent to manual transmission. Its gear box offers flexibility of auto gear shift transmission as well as manual mode.
Car comes up with the three variants in petrol LXi, VXi and ZXi. Variant features such as ORVM turn indicators, front fog lamps, alloy wheels comes under ZXi; also Chrome grill in ZXi and VXi.
Its interiors feature door trim fabric-front door, driver seat height adjuster and front seat back pockets at passenger side, equipped with audio with radio, CD, USB port, Aux-in and Bluetooth along with phonebook, which will save around 1000 contacts at a time, driver’s seat belt warning lamp, front airbags, ABS, four speakers and key less five door entry, security system, as well as tilt steering with audio control steering wheel these cluster of features are accessible in its top end model.
The compact car also offers some more interesting elements to LXi that is daynight IRVM, rear luggage shelf, rear seat, central lock, power windows.
Its aluminum engine type is K10B with 998cc capacity; maximum torque is 90 nm and 3500rpm. All its variants will provide five persons seating capacity, 253 and 35 litres luggage and fuel tank capacity respectively.
Moreover, company claims 23.1 KMPL in its auto manual transmission as well. Company kicked off with EZ space which will provide roomier cabin, spacious headroom, legroom, shoulder room and large boot; also EZ styling where company calls it Curve in Curve out (CICO).
