After the huge success of Hyundai Creta and keeping in view of the great demand, the company is planning to increase the car production by 25%. The Korean manufacturer is expecting much more sale than the existing one in near future, in the festive season, which is liable to increase the waiting period for the buyers. For meeting such a huge customer’s expectations, the car making company has started planning in advance. The same announcement was made during the launch of D-segment sedan – Elantra, the latest model of the company, report says.
Few variants of Hyundai Creta is currently showing the waiting period of about two months and this is constant since few months. In spite of the high level of production of its units in February and July which is 12,500 and 13000 respectively.
After its highest selling units, Grand i10 and the Elite i20, Creata was at third position among Hyundai cars and at 11th place in the July 2016 car sales.
The Creta was also exported to almost 45 countries including Latin America and Africa. To reach more close to the demand and supply ratio, the increased production will also help the company to make exports to more countries and get good success in international markets.
