Dubai: Thiya Samaj UAE successfully recorded their existence in golden letters in the book of blood donating organizations from Indian community by donating 53 units of blood in their maiden blood donation camp held in Latifa Hospital, Dubai ( Old Al Wasl Hospital ) on Thursday 11th July.
Thiya Samaj UAE,is a prominent community organization established in 2004 under the great visionary and leader Late Umesh Nanthoor . In memory of its founder leader Thiya Samaj family decided to donate blood, for a noble cause to support the needy , as there is no substitute for blood and also it is also one of the best ways of rendering gratitude to UAE , which has provided shelter to so many expats.
As per guidelines and the path shown by its leader, Thiya Samaj has been conducting various programmes to support less fortunates back at homes by providing educational scholarships so that finance should not be a hurdle for pursuing their education.
Also Thiya Samaj conducts Devi Pooja , sports meet , annual gathering and other activities throughout the year.
As said by Guru Narayana Swamy “ Love of others is my happiness , Love that is mine is happiness for others and so , truly, deeds that benefit a man must be a cause for others happiness too” . Meaning of this words wrere rightly felt when was many donors participated in this nobel cause. There was a sense of great happiness and they felt proud of themselves to become a blood donor.
Sathish Venkataramana of Chilly Willy group supported this noble cause by donating some products of Chilly Willy.Also fruits were distributed to each blood donor. All members of Thiya Samaj UAE, committee members of gents wing, ladies wing and youth wing actively participated to make this noble cause a great success.

The blood donation camp was smoothly conducted by the eminent leadership and guidelines of President Roshan Bolar, with the support of senior members Nagesh Suvarna, Yogish Ullal, Jagadish Kadri, Rajesh Ullal, Rajeev Billava, Dharmendra Bangera, Vivekanand and Sathish Palan.
Ladies wing representatives included Chandrika Rajeev, Kavitha Rajesh and Jasmitha Vivek . Premjith represented the youth wing.
Roshan Bolar, President of Thiya Samaj UAE and all the committee members thanked each and every donor, supporters and volunteers who contributed wholeheartedly towards the success of this event.
Also Jagadish Kadri,one of the senior members of Thiya Samaj family was specially appreciated for his initiative of motivating more than 30 blood donors from Euro Tech FZC.
