Symphony Music Institute UAE to celebrate its 19th anniversary on 6th June

UAE: Symphony Music Institute UAE, founded by Shyamsunder and Sujata Rao couple two decades ago in Ajman is celebrating its 19th anniversary.

The institute which was started in 1996, has organised the celebrations here on June 6 2015 at Sharjah Indian Association auditorium.

The children will perform different musical formats like geeta, jatiswara, varna, keertana and tillana and a variety of presentations like classical concert, instrumental music, film songs, folklore, filmi dance and a yoga show on the occasion.

Besides training budding talents, the school makes use of the annual day to showcase the talents it has trained, as also give an opportunity to the parents, relatives and friends to view their creations. The institute was started with the intention to promote rich Indian tradition and culture through music and dance among children.

The institute also organises ‘Indian Ecos’ an eco-fest and cultural competition for all the art school children in this Arab country. The students from this institute have secured overall championship in the competitions several times.

It is a proud feeling for Indians, as students hailing from different countries like Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UK, Egypt and other Arab countries also learn different fine arts in this institute.
