Doha (Qatar): The Konkani Speaking Community residing in Doha Qatar celebrates Christmas with fervor and holy mass on 24th December evening at our lady of Rosary church, Qatar.

The fest mass was led by Rev. Fr. Francis Kyriel Dsouza who came for this occasion from Pilar Church Goa. In his festal homily Fr Francis stressed on the importance of faith in life and exhorted the devotees to put in their best efforts in preserving and nourishing faith on God.

The Church was decorated with fresh flowers on the altar and festive lights. The community choir specially trained for this occasion sang melodious hymns which raised the spirits high.
 
The Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Selvaraj and Bishop Camillo Ballin visited the church after the mass and delivered their feast messages to the Konkani community.

Meanwhile 19th December a stall was organized with delicious Mangalorean Food and carols was sung by community children’s.
