Dubai: Yakshamitraru Dubai, a well-known association in Dubai, reputed for its services towards Yakshagana art Yakshagana, presented the mythological art form of Coastal Karnataka at the Sheikh Rashid Auditorium Dubai to an enthralled house filled audience.

Manikanta Mahime and Rathi Kalyana plays were presented by  famous artists of Mangalore as well as talented artists of UAE. Guest artists Mr. Satish Shetty Patla entertained everyone with his vibrant voice and musical talent as Bhagavatha of Yakshagana, as did the famous and young Chende artist Chaitanya Padyana. Guest appearances by artist Akshay Kumar and Lakshman Marakara  also showcased their talent to the audience.

Before the play started, guests lit the traditional lamp and wished all success to the show. Mr. Praveen Shetty of Fortune Group of Hotels, Mr. Harish Sherigar of ACME building materials, Mr. Premanath Shetty, Mr. Chidanand Poojary, Mr. Dinesh Shetty, Mr. Vishwanath Shetty, Mr. Vasu Shetty, Mr. Vasu Bhat and Yakshamitraru Dubai members were present on dais.

Mr. Chaitanya Padyana and Mr. Akshaya Kumar were facilitated by Yakshamitraru Dubai.

Yakshamitraru honored sponsors and artists with mementos. Mr. Vittal Shetty compered the program.
