Dubai: Renowned Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan visited Thumbay Hospital here on Saturday December 19, to endorse its diabetes awareness campaign, “Count Your Steps to Beat Diabetes”.
Irfan was welcomed by Chief Operating Officer of the hospital Dr. Ashutosh Sood, Assistant Administrative Director of Thumbay Dental Hospital Dr. Sameer Kumar and other members of the hospital’s administrative team. Accompanied by them, Irfan toured the facilities at the hospital. Patients and visitors rushed to catch a glimpse of the cricket star.
After endorsing the campaign, the ace cricketer met and mingled with his fans and joined them for photos and autographs. The crowd was bubbling with excitement, as they got to interact freely with their favourite cricketer. Irfan thanked the visitors for their affection.
