Dubai: Coastal Friends UAE (CFU) announced its first mega event for this year – ‘’CFU CUP 2018’’. It will be a one day Throw ball tournament at the Bilva Indian School, Dubai on Friday, November 16 from 9 am onwards.

Since its commencement in 2015, CFU has made its way into becoming a popular and top Throw ball team in UAE. This will be CFU’s first mega tournament in which all the top reputed throwball teams from all over U.A.E are expected to take part.

The Championship will be organized in a professional manner, in which the technical officials will conduct the tournament on ‘League-Cum-Knock out Basis’, said sources.

Men and Women throwball teams all over U.A.E are invited to take part in this championship. Each team shall consist of nine players and maximum 3 substitutes. The tournament is open only to Indian Residents in UAE. CFU requests for the generous support from every community for this event, through significant contribution and active participation.

Trophy and Cash Prize shall be awarded to the winning team, special individual awards will be presented to Best Smasher, Best Defender and Best All-Rounder of the Championship.
