Dubai: The annual blood donation drive conducted in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre at Latifa Hospital in Dubai on September 8 was a resounding success. 

 

The day saw as many as 80 members who had volunteered to donate blood. However, after undergoing pre-screening medical tests that cleared them for donation, only 50 members were eligible to donate their blood.

 

The drive was initiated by Thiya Samaj family as a part of its commitment to the well-being of the community. President Manish Karkera and Vice President Dharmendra Bangera expressed their gratitude to all the participants who took part in the blood donation and applauded their tremendous support to this cause.

 

A special thanks was offered to all the Eurotech youngsters led by Jagadish who came forward to donate blood and save lives. 

 

After the donation, all the donors were provided beverage refreshments and a delicious lunch.
