The Karnataka State Union for Differently Abled Service organization (R) and Karnataka state Association for Special Educators and Supportive staff (R) submitted the memorandum to Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa at Shivamogga Circuit House. BSY response is said to be positive. Purushotham and Mohan Samuel helped the representatives from the organization to meet the CM.
